Hotel El Lago 2, Pereira, Colombia (September 2020 - 1 night). Looks nice from the outside but this hotel has a terrible design. The reception and foyer are all open to the hotel rooms just up the stairs. When the the reception guy and other people are talking for 2hrs at 12pm until 2am and the sound is echoing everywhere you can't sleep. I actually had to get up twice and tell them to be quiet but they ignored me. At around $17USD per night you can do better in Pereira than Hotel El Lago 2. I intended to stay 2 nights but moved to another hotel after 1 night.
